Gift Card Policy

At this stage, we only have digital gift cards that are sent through email. Once you purchase a gift card you will be emailed an order confirmation. Please then allow one (1) business day for us to generate your gift card which will be sent to the same email attached to the order. You can forward the gift card email or simply provide the gift card number to your nominated recipient.

Our gift cards do not expire and may only be redeemed on the JOSEPH & JAMES website. Gift cards are not valid to be redeemed at any JOSEPH & JAMES stockist. Discounts and promotions do not apply to gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. JOSEPH & JAMES does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen gift cards/codes. If an order is made using a gift card and is then cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the gift card will be refunded as store credit only, in the form of a new gift card. Gift card purchases may be subject to security checks from time to time, resulting in longer processing time.

Only one gift card code can be used at checkout. If you have multiple gift cards and would like to consolidate them, please email this request to store@josephandjames.com.au and include all gift card numbers and the names and emails of the original purchasers. We will then verify these details. For security reasons, it is at the discretion of JOSEPH & JAMES to determine whether the gift cards are eligible to be consolidated.
